Construction & Maintenance Director
A native of Hamilton, Ontario, Peter first joined Prime Properties as a teenage carpenter’s assistant. Over the past 30 years, his skillful management of construction projects has lead to his eventual promotion to the head of the company’s Construction and Maintenance divisions. Peter is responsible for the co-ordination, planning, tendering, contracting and staffing of all Prime’s construction, renovation and development projects. He is also the primary manager of Prime’s various service contracts, oversees maintenance and inspections of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems in Prime’s buildings, and responsible for tenant relations in matters related to the physical administration of leased premises. He is fluent in English and German.
Ken is a licensed commercial real estate broker as well as an experienced property manager, and Registered Certified Property Manager designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He started his career in real estate as an account executive for a leading national real estate brokerage firm, where he first acquired experience in retail leasing and tenant relations. In 2006, he joined his family’s real estate management firm as a residential property manager, a position he held until moving to Montoni Group. At Montoni, he was responsible for property management and leasing for a mixed portfolio for over 50 leases. He joined Prime Properties Inc. in 2009 as a property manager. Ken is currently responsible for the day-to- day operations and management of a portfolio of over 100 office and retail leaseholds, including negotiation of lease agreements and renewals, tenant build-outs, contractor services, and preparation of annual operating budgets. He also supervises teams of maintenance and security staff. He is fluent in English and French.
Aravinthan “Remington” Nagalingam
After university studies in Mathematics in his native Sri Lanka, Remington came to Canada in 1985. He joined Prime Properties shortly thereafter in an entry level position. As a result of his integrity, diligence and hard work, Remington was promoted to a managerial level, and in 1996, was tasked with administering Prime Properties accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Today, Remington supervises and coordinates all bookkeeping and accounting matters for the company’s operations, and is responsible for all Canadian rental accounts, payables, receivable and payroll. He speaks English, French, Tamil and German.
Poliana graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting from Concordia University in 2004 and is presently a candidate to the Order of CGA of Quebec. She began her career in Real Estate Accounting by working for the Real Estate division of Buffalo Jeans for two years where she performed various accounting functions, with a focus on property acquisitions. From 2005 to 2009, Poliana was Assistant Controller for a multi-entity North American property management firm with a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. In 2009, she took the position of Controller at Zenda Realities, where managed the accounting team and was actively involved in all the property management aspects of the company. Poliana came to Keystone Management in 2013 in the role of Assistant Controller, where she is primarily responsible for annual budgeting, managing accounts payable and receivable for our US portfolio, and preparing the financial statements for the Keystone Management’s family of companies. She is also actively involved in lease administration and tenant relationship management. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Romanian
Corey Wolman is the Legal Counsel and Director of Business Affairs at Keystone Management, where he handles all facets of the business – from acquisitions and financing to development projects and legal matters. Corey joined Keystone Management in 2014 from a top-tier Canadian corporate law firm, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and real estate law.

Thi Thu Ha Nguyen
Ha came to Prime Properties Inc. in 2013 upon completing her DEC in Accounting and Management Technology at Dawson College in Montreal. She provides administrative support and assistance to our Executive and Accounting divisions, and is tasked with record management, expense reporting, scheduling, correspondence and general administrative duties. She speaks English, French, and Vietnamese.
Robert is a Chartered Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager with over 37 years experience in commercial real estate. He holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Prior to joining Keystone Management in 2007, Robert played a key role in the operations and leasing departments of some of Canada’s leading real estate operators and developers, in the fields of Office, retail and industrial properties. As Operations Director at Keystone Management, Robert’s duties include general supervision of day-to- day operations, lease negotiations and lease administration, tenant relations and corporate affairs. Robert is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Armenian.
